Often, bank foreclosures come on the market with little fanfare or advertising. They are "disguised" as normal sales except for the identification of the current owner as a financial institution.
As I watch the market each day, I see these listings come up. The prices are usually very reasonable, and as with an REO sale the title has been "cleaned up" before sale.
